I talked about working out at my local gym in my previous product reviews and here I will mention it again. One thing that absolutely frustrated me was the simple lack of weight benches that were available. I personally like to use free weights to build body muscle so I use these types of gym benches a lot and when they are not available it usually means that I have to wait for one to open up.

While doing more research on this product there were several issues that I came across but first I want to point out this bench does cost significantly lower compared others on the market. If you are fitness expert then this bench may not be adequate to fit your needs. However, if you are still new to weight lifting and do not want to spend a lot then this one would be perfect for your needs.
The biggest complaint is that the bench may be a little too short if you are tall as you might be unable to perform chest flies comfortably. There were also other users who have said that the cushions are too hard but these can always be replaced. Besides these comments this bench press equipment has received excellent reviews and it is not hard to see why.

If you are over six feet though, I would recommend that you get something else as it may be too short for you.
