In addition to working out at home using free weights and home gym equipment, I also regularly include pushups in my routine as they are great for building upper body muscle. Pushups are also a great way to develop your core body muscles and the best part is that they can easily be performed right in your home. This is truly one of the most effective workouts and you do not need any fancy equipment.

However, the only downside to the traditional pushup is that they can be quite straining on your wrists the more you do it. One product that has received a huge amount of popularity is the Perfect Pushup as it delivers exactly what the name suggests. Now, there is a new version called the Perfect Pushup V2 which is supposed to be ten times better than the original but does it really?
